These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JPMorgan Limousine website and your reservations for our transportation services. By booking with us or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
Reservations may be made by phone, and a valid credit card is required to hold any reservation. We recommend at least 6 hours' notice for sedans and 48-72 hours' notice for vehicles seating more than 7 passengers. Quotes are honored as given unless the trip changes (added wait time, extra stops, or a change to the pickup or destination).
Cancellations and changes are accepted by phone only. To avoid full cancellation charges, please cancel at least 24 hours before the ride for a sedan or SUV, and 48 hours or more for larger vehicles.
Passengers are responsible for their conduct during the trip and for any damage caused to the vehicle. We reserve the right to refuse or end service for unsafe, illegal or abusive behavior. Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles.
Items left in a vehicle are returned to our main office. Recovered items are subject to a $30 handling charge plus shipping.
We are not liable for delays or failures to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, road closures or acts of God. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected reservation.
